ABOUT

My work in wellness started long before I became a Registered Nurse and later a Board-Certified Nurse Coach. I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works and how small, informed choices can completely change how someone feels. Nursing gave me the science, the clarity, and the ability to understand people deeply; not just their health goals, but the real-life challenges that shape them.
While I don’t provide medical treatment in my coaching, my clinical background informs everything I do; it gives me the expertise to guide you safely and effectively as you build sustainable habits. That realization is what led me to become a board-certified nurse coach. Coaching allows me to step outside the “treat and repeat” cycle and help people make meaningful, lasting changes in their daily lives. I combine my science-based knowledge with practical, real-world strategies so wellness can fit into your life without stress or extremes.
Here’s what I believe:
-
Wellness should feel doable, not overwhelming. It’s not about perfect routines or all-or-nothing plans.
-
Small, consistent steps lead to big changes. When you focus on habits that stick, you don’t have to keep starting over.
-
I can only take you as far as I’ve gone myself. I know firsthand what it feels like to be busy, to feel like your goals are out of reach, and to wonder if balance is even possible. I’ve been there, and I’ve found a way forward.
My mission is simple: to help busy people like you feel confident in your choices, create balance that actually fits your life, and finally stop the cycle of starting over. If you have any questions, email me; I’d love to hear from you.
